The Scratch menu allows you to access the gemRetailer Scratch pages:

Retailer Location Users |
The Scratch menu is always available when you log in. Scratch pages display information for the location associated with your user ID. You cannot see another location's information, nor can you see corporate account-level information. |

Corporate Users |
The Scratch menu is not available until you select a location on the Menu bar unless you are only authorized for a single corporate account location. Scratch pages display information for a single location. |

IA Lottery Users |
The Scratch menu is not available until you select a corporate account and one of its locations or an independent location on the Menu bar. |
